Service Description

Before you begin taking classes with Bright Minds Learning Centre we always start with an initial consultation, which is completely free. Firstly, we use this time to get to know your academic needs, your learning style and personality. After this we explain what high-dosage tutoring is. This tutoring approach is an investment of time and money, therefore it is important to us that we take the time to help you decide if this style of tutoring is right for you. Upon booking your consultation you will receive an email from us that will contain an intake form for you to fill out prior to our consultation meeting. This form should be completed and submitted prior to our consultation. Within this email you will also receive some general information as well as the log in details for our meeting. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the meantime if you have any questions. We can't wait to work with your family and help your child discover their potential.

Cancellation Policy

If the Client requests to reschedule a consultation or a class the Client agrees to provide 48 hours notice, we will reschedule the class at no charge or provide a full refund. If the client does not provide at least 48 hours notice, no refund will be provided for paid classes. If we have to cancel your class we will work with you to reschedule the class or provide a full refund. *Consultations remain free*
